BringOn Digital

Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and BringOn Digital, which runs BringOn. By creating an account you accept them. If you use BringOn for a business, you accept them for that business.

What BringOn is

BringOn is software for small businesses: a website builder, an online shop, bookings, a customer list, invoices, and tools for WhatsApp, social media, search and advertising. Some tools are free; others are paid for by the month or the year.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account, including by people you invite to your team.

Plans, the free trial and payment

  • Every new business has all tools switched on for 7 days, with no card needed. After that it stays on the Free plan unless you choose a paid one.
  • Paid plans and add-ons are charged in advance, through Razorpay, and renew by themselves each month or year until you cancel.
  • Prices are shown on the Prices page before GST, which is added at 18%. We may change a price, and will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you.
  • If a payment fails, the paid tools may be switched off until it succeeds. Nothing you made is deleted.

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cancelling

You can cancel a plan or remove an add-on at any time from Plan and billing. It stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not charged again. Your business then returns to the Free plan, and what you made is kept.

Your content and your website

What you put into BringOn remains yours. You give us permission to store, show and process it so that the service can work.

You are responsible for your website and everything on it: that it is true, that you have the right to use the words and photos, that your prices and offers are honoured, and that your business follows the law, including consumer, tax and advertising rules.

Your customers

  • Your customers pay you directly: in cash, to your UPI ID, or into your own payment account. We take no share of your sales and never hold your customers' money.
  • Orders, deliveries, bookings, returns and refunds between you and your customers are yours to fulfil. We are not a party to those sales.
  • You decide how your customers' information is used, and you are responsible for having their permission before sending them WhatsApp messages or marketing emails. BringOn provides the tick-boxes and unsubscribe links; you must not go around them.

What you must not do

  • Sell anything illegal, or publish anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing.
  • Pretend to be a bank, a payment service, a government body or any other business or person, or ask visitors for passwords, PINs, OTPs or card details.
  • Offer betting, lotteries, guaranteed returns on money, forged documents, or goods passed off as another brand's.
  • Open more than one account to take the free trial again, or sign up with a throwaway email address.
  • Send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
  • Try to get into another business's information, disrupt the service, or copy or resell it.
  • Use BringOn in a way that breaks the rules of the services it connects to, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Google or Razorpay.

Wording, pictures and videos made by AI

BringOn can write website wording, posts, answers and replies for you, and make pictures and short videos, using AI. It is told to use only what you have told it, but it can still make mistakes. A picture or video made this way is an illustration, not a photograph of your business. Read and look at what it makes before you publish or send it. You are responsible for what goes out under your business's name.

Services from other companies

Some features rely on other companies, such as Razorpay, Meta, Google, couriers and domain registrars. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we cannot promise that they will always be available or approve your account.

Domain names

A domain name bought through BringOn is registered for your business through our registrar partner, for one year at a time. It is yours to use, and you may ask us to move it to another provider. Domain names cannot be refunded once registered, and must be renewed to be kept.

Work done by our team

If you buy a service our team carries out, such as setting up WhatsApp, managing search work or launching advertisements, we will do the work described with reasonable care. We cannot promise particular results, rankings or sales. Money you spend on advertisements is paid by you to the advertising platform.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BringOn running and your information safe, and we take regular backups. We do not promise that it will never be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you beforehand.

Suspension and closing an account

Every website is read automatically before it goes live and whenever its wording changes. If the wording reads like one of the things above, the website is held as a draft until a person at BringOn has read it, normally within one working day; we tell you what kind of thing was found, and you can change the wording and publish again. Anyone can report a website made with BringOn; a report alone takes nothing down.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right. You may close your account at any time by asking us.

Our responsibility to you

BringOn is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida have jurisdiction over any dispute. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
