Security and your data

What we do, in plain words, to keep your business, your customers and your money safe.
Your business is yours alone
Every business on BringOn is kept apart from every other. Your customers, orders, invoices and messages can be seen only by you and the people you invite to your team.
Inside your team, each person sees only what their role needs: someone who handles sales does not see your advertising tools, and someone who keeps accounts sees invoices and orders, not your website.
Your money never passes through us
- Your customers pay you directly: in cash, to your own UPI ID, or into your own payment account. BringOn takes no share and never holds their money.
- When you pay BringOn, the payment is handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Signing in
- Passwords are stored only in a scrambled form that nobody, including us, can read back.
- Repeated wrong guesses at a password are blocked for a while, and passwords that are easy to guess are not accepted.
- You are asked to confirm your email address when you sign up, and a website goes live only once you have.
- You are emailed when your account is signed in to from a device you have not used before.
- Under "Password and devices" you can see every device your account is signed in on, and sign any of them out.
Keeping fraud off BringOn
- The wording of every website, product and page is read automatically before it goes live and whenever it changes. A page that reads like a fake bank form, a lottery win or a betting offer is held until a person here has read it.
- Every website made with BringOn carries a "Report this website" link. Reports come to us, and the business is never told who sent one.
- When you pay a business online, the payment is checked twice: that the message really came from the payment service, and that the amount and the order match.
Encryption
Everything between your browser and BringOn travels over an encrypted connection, and so does every website built with BringOn, including on your own domain. The keys for services you connect, such as WhatsApp or your payment account, are stored encrypted.
Our own team
Our staff can open only what their job requires: a person who helps with billing cannot edit your website, and a person who writes content cannot see payments. Everything a member of staff does in a business's account is recorded with their name and the time.
Backups
Your information is backed up every night, and again before every update to the software, so that a mistake or a fault does not cost you your work.
Your customers' trust
- We never sell information, never use your customer list for our own marketing, and never show it to another business.
- Your customers get WhatsApp messages and marketing emails only if they agreed to them, and every marketing email carries a link to stop.
- Websites built with BringOn use no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted without identifying anyone.
Wording, pictures and videos made for you
BringOn uses AI services to write, draw and make short videos for you. When it writes, it is told to use only what you have told it about your business, and never to invent a price, an offer or a promise. You can change every word before and after it is published.
A picture or video made for you is an illustration of your trade, not a photograph of your own shop, and is never offered as the photo of a product you sell.
If you stop using BringOn
Nothing is deleted when you stop paying; your business simply returns to the free plan. If you ask us to close your account, your information is removed as our Privacy Policy describes.
