BringOn is software, not a parcel

BringOn Digital sells software and services through BringOn. Nothing is shipped to you, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get what you paid for

• Plans and add-ons are switched on in your panel as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• One-time services from our team are started within 2 working days of payment. You can follow the work, and reply to our team, under Help in your panel.
• Managed services, such as search work, begin on the next working day your plan covers, and each day's work is shown in your panel.
• A domain name is usually registered within minutes. If it cannot be registered at once, our team completes it within 1 working day or refunds you.

You receive an email confirmation for each payment when email is set up on your account.

If something has not arrived

If a tool is not on within an hour of paying, raise it from the Help page in your panel and we will put it right or refund you.

Goods bought from businesses on BringOn

Shops whose websites are built with BringOn pack and deliver their own goods, and set their own delivery charges and times. Their order page shows the status of your order. Please contact the shop about a delivery.
